Lync Room Systems
A Microsoft Lync Room System is designed to capitalize on the enhanced collocation capabilities of ms Lync 2013. Offering the same functionality Lync users have at their desktop, the Lync Room System offers features such as: Instant meeting start capability, HD video conferencing, real time document collaboration and digital whiteboarding.
A Lync Room System includes, at minimum:
- One to two large, high definition, touch-enabled displays for showing video and data
- High definition video cameras (1080p) and microphones with wideband audio
- Table top Lync Room System control console to manage meetings.
These integrated Lync Room Systems are designed collaboratively by Microsoft and several partners in order to improve the meeting room experience for information workers. The unit runs off of Lync Room System Edition software, which is a fully functional Lync client optimized for “click to join” meetings that make Lync as easy to use as on your PC. The solution effectively cuts meeting start times, supports technology adoption and builds distance collaboration initiatives.
SMART SRS– The SMART Room System for Microsoft Lync is a highly scalable solution for Lync meetings spaces accommodating 2-20 people.
Crestron RL– Crestron RL offers a turnkey solution to bring Microsoft Lync into the conference room. With multiple display sizes, Crestron offers flexible options to customers looking to enhance the meeting room experience. Crestron RL also integrates directly with Crestron’s industry leading room control systems
