Investment Banking Firm 

PPI collaborated with TAD Associates to deliver this conferencing center floor for an Investment Banking Firm in midtown Manhattan. The project included a divisible muti-purpose room that represented a new concept for their event management team. The customer needed a 50-seat capacity venue to accommodate in-person meetings for the firm’s partners and other high-profile events where meeting equity was a critical requirement.  

To accomplish this, the design included 20 PTZ cameras connected to a Crestron 1 Beyond automated camera system accommodating a variety of room layouts and meeting scenarios with minimal operator intervention. A ceiling microphone system provided active speaker location data to drive camera automation. Ten 98” displays ensure that participants sitting anywhere in the room can view presentations and remote participants naturally.  

The results are collaborative and productive meetings where remote participants feel more engaged with in-room discussions.
