Network Assessment- Start off your next UC initiative right with a proper Network Assessment to determine if your organization is ready to support a successful Lync deployment. Our team works with the project stakeholders to envision how they will use Unified Communications and to set up KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for a successful deployment.

Lync Room System Pilot Program- Our Pilot Program is a two stage approach. First, Presentation Products will offer a 90 day Piloting Program for customers looking to evaluate the Lync Room System. Our service includes installation and configuration of the Lync Room System and an ongoing engagement to evaluate usage and behavior in your environment. After stage one is complete, we will be able to offer lease or purchase options for Lync Room Systems. Stage two includes user training and adoption services for your entire AV Build.
