Priority Service Agreement (PSA)
Immediate Support Plan
Receive immediate service and support without complicated paperwork and delays caused by purchasing and credit approval. This fixed fee plan covers all labor associated with the maintenance and support of the installed system including: unlimited telephone support, onsite service calls and one (1) preventive maintenance visit during normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. There is no additional per case or service call charge.
Pre Purchased Hours (PPH)
Designated technical labor
Control costs while receiving immediate service and support without complicated paperwork and delays caused by purchasing and credit approval. Sold in increments of $5,000, there is no per case or service call charge and you save 20% on all hourly technical labor with this pre-purchased hours program. Hours may be used for service, preventive maintenance or meeting support. Customers receive priority response over non plan customers. Expires twelve (12) months from inception or upon using all hours, whichever comes first.

Let PPI be your first responder. Outsource audio visual staff members or an entire department. PPI’s managed service solutions provide for full or part time on-site personnel as well as remote monitoring, control and maintenance of most AV systems.
