Droga5 – Multi-Floor Office Expansion

PPI worked with long-time client Droga5 on a multi-floor office expansion and renovation project. The most ambitious part of the project was providing a high-impact presentation and event space that spanned across three floors interconnected with dramatic staircases. Multiple projectors, motorized screens, and support monitors provide viewing opportunities for participants sitting throughout the unique space.

One of the challenges was to make this space ready for technology-heavy events requiring multiple camera angles, remote participants, and live streaming capabilities, but also simple enough to use for more simple ‘self-service’ events. To achieve this, the AV system includes a cleverly discrete operator station that can be concealed when not in use, and efficiently deployed and setup for an event. For simpler events, PPI designed easy to use interfaces that offer only the specific functionality required for basic operation.

In addition to the event space, PPI deployed numerous conference rooms that not only met Droga5’s needs for flexible collaboration and communication with their corporate clients, but also maintain their focus on aesthetics.
